The latest version is 08.05.26.
Oxy-GNOME makes the KDE 4.x icon set, Oxygen, available for the GNOME desktop environment.
Oxy-GNOME is compatible with GNOME 2.22 (and possibly other versions).
It is quite complete, but this will vary from distro to distro.
